Customer Review: I can not say enough nice things to say about Orange Restoration. They took care of my home when we recently experienced a flood. A pipe burst while I was at work & my husband was out of town & water had gone all the way thru' the 2nd story floors & was coming out of the walls outside as well as pouring out of the garage. There was so much damage, I had to move out for 3 weeks! They packed up ALL our belongings & treated all our things with respect & care. They took care of all the work that was needed to dry out our home & build it back up. We needed new sub-floors, base boards, door frames, doors, dry wall, tile & carpeting, as well as paint thru' out the house. They even built a little fence in our yard so I could bring my 2 dogs home to stay on our yard while I worked, saving me the money of having to take them to day care 5 days a week. Everything that was done, was done professionally & with care. The owner, Yaron came to my home the evening of the flood & walked me thru' what to be prepared for. He introduced me to Jonathon, Dean & Jeff, the men who would be taking care of me, my belongings & my home. I also worked closely with Elaine who allowed me to call her any day, or night & was always there to answer my questions & listen to me concerns & kindly put up with a few of my break downs. Customer Review: I recently had excessive smoke in my kitchen from burning something on the stove. Orange Restoration took my panicked call, told me the immediate actions to take, and came out to my home a few hours later to physically access the situation (incredibly knowledgeable in the science of fire/smoke and the practical methods of restoration). Orange Restoration recommended placing special fans to filter the air in the house. Field Manager Jonathan Davis arrived as scheduled the next day with the equipment. Mr. Davis re-assessed the smoke smell and stated that the extra equipment was not really needed as the smoke smell would clear completely if I continued with the practical methods originally suggested. Orange Restoration was honest, helpful, and extremely kind – and would not accept payment for the two service visits to my home or the consultations. Orange Restoration is indeed an exceptional company!!!!!

Customer Review: Orange Restoration was recommended to us by a family member when we discovered we had a hot water slab leak. Pedro came in right away and found the areas that were saturated with water, was able to break down the process for mitigation for us to understand, and his team of techs worked so efficiently. They were sensitive to my son’s bad allergies and took every precaution to keep the debris/dust to a minimum. Rosa, who handled the paperwork for the mitigation, worked directly with our insurance agent which not only saved us time and energy but also gave us such peace of mind that everything was being taken care of correctly. There was never any frustrating back and forth that I had dreaded. And while there are many people dealing with flood repairs due to all the rain we are having they never made us feel like our concerns were too small or insignificant. Dean and his team performed the repairs. From the plumbing to the flooring all were top notch professionals. They were willing to take the time to patiently answer all our questions knowing the anxiety that this whole situation had caused. They left our home looking better than before the damage was done! I can’t recommend Orange Restoration enough!
